We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, packaging, and product descriptions may vary slightly from what is shown. PAITEANGEL™ Dental Spray is intended for use on dogs and cats only and is not a veterinary medicine. It is a cosmetic/topical oral care product.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

4. ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Due to the nature of our product (consumable pet care), we do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved via our 90-day money-back guarantee above. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it immediately.
