Shipping policy

PAITEANGEL™ 


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Standard: 6–10 business days 

🇪🇺 Europe Standard: 7–12 business days 

🇺🇸 United States & Canada Standard: 7–12 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).


3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order at any time through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders outside the UK, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. PAITEANGEL™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

PAITEANGEL™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbours or building management
  • Check all possible delivery locations
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@paiteangel.com within 7 days

We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paiteangel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.


7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If you do not respond within 14 days, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.


8. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@paiteangel.com. We can only update addresses before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.


9. SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee. This covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, PAITEANGEL™ cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages beyond our standard policy.
